NPL's 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Program!
We are excited to bring this national program to NPL to help families read 1,000 books to their children before Kindergarten! It may seem like a lot, but if a child is read 3 books a day for a year or 20 books a week, the total is more than 1,000 books read!
To sign up, stop by the Circulation Desk at NPL and fill in your child's name and the date on a log sheet, then every time you visit us, write down the books that have been read to your child!
Any books count! It does not matter who reads to the child! Books can be read multiple times! Prizes are earned along the way to the goal!
For more information, stop by the library or go to https://1000booksbeforekindergarten.org/
